New Provisions to the Family Statute Law Amendament Act

The Ontario Government introduced important new changes to family law on 1 March 2010. We encourage all parents to be familiar with the changes.

On May 3, 2010 the Attorney General announced that Ontario is taking the next steps in its family justice reforms by providing information sessions and launching an online tool to complete legal forms.  The new Ontario Court Forms Assistant is an interactive website to help people fill out 11 of the most commonly-used Ontario family and civil court forms.  It can be found at:  https://formsassistant.ontariocourtforms.on.ca/
