FST provides Policy Resources for the benefit of all who are concerned about social issues and social change and want to be better informed of policy changes, such as to federal and/or provincial policies that directly affect the well-being of vulnerable and disadvantaged children, newcomers, individuals and families in our communities.
We work on a wide range of issues of public concern through partnership with concerned individuals and groups/organizations, including policy researchers, social planning councils, people in public health, public education and social work, grass-roots and community-based agencies, social service providers, ethno-cultural and ethno-racial groups, multi-faith groups, community and labour activists as well as low-income people.
