FST Mission, Vision and Values
Family Service Toronto (FST) helps people face a wide variety of life challenges. For over 90 years, we have been assisting families and individuals through counselling, community development, advocacy and public education programs. Our services are available to everyone who lives or works in Toronto.

FST strengthens individuals, families and communities through counselling, education, social action, advocacy and community development and works with partners to build a vibrant community social services sector.
Our vision:
Family Service Toronto envisions a City of Toronto where:

- programs and services are accessible to all, especially to those who face barriers

Whom we serve:
We serve families, individuals and communities living in the City of Toronto, and especially those who are marginalized and disadvantaged and who lack access to family support services due to barriers such as income or discrimination based on ethnicity, language, race, age, ability, gender, sexual orientation, political or religious affiliation.
