Julie BULMASH

Julie has over 18 years of experience in human resources, working for technologically driven multinational and mid-sized corporations. As a recognized contributor to organizational effectiveness Julie has developed compensation and benefit programs, designed performance management systems, developed international human resource policies and programs and led change management projects. She has several years experience teaching at the university and college level. She teaches courses in Compensation, Organizational Effectiveness and Human Resource Management.
Julie has a Master Business Administration (MBA) and a Bachelor of Arts Honours Arts (BA) in Psychology from Concordia University. She has written a textbook called Managing Organization Behaviour in Canada, contributed to a textbook titled Human Resources in Canada and she is presently working on a publication on Human Resource Planning in Canada that should be completed in 2009.
Julie has served as President of the of the Canadian Mental Health Association of York Region and as a Board member for the Canadian Mental Health Association – Ontario Division and National Office. Julie is presently a member of the Access & Equity Committee of FST.
Elected in June 2007. She is currently a member of the Governance Committee.
