Bill ARMITAGE
Bill is a partner with Ernst & Young LLP. He is a Chartered Accountant and Chartered Business Valuator. Born in Sudbury, Bill attended Laurentian University (Honours Bachelor of Commerce, 1990) and began his career in small audit practice with a focus on non-profit organizations and health care. He has a broad and diverse background having lived and worked in Toronto, rural Ontario, Sweden and Philadelphia. Bill’s governance experience involves being on the board of a condo and he interacts with boards in his work role. He is a member of the Entrepreneur of the Year committee at Ernst & Young. He has some experience in his current job with property development.
